Y BizDev was started by the (now) husband and wife team of Nick and Mandy Yaeger, in 2007. Together, they have built their business to be light weight and scalable, allowing for greater flexibility in resource allocation through strategic partners that are specialists in their fields. Such an approach has also kept costs down, allowing Y BizDev to provide the type of consulting services and expertise to it’s clients, typically reserved for companies with much larger budgets.

At their core, Nick and Mandy have built Y BizDev to be a resource for small and medium sized businesses, unlike any other. Their belief that the foundation of successful business relationships starts with open and honest dialogue and ends with delivering the best results achievable for your clients no matter what it takes, has resulted in success after success for their clients.

A major component to understanding the Y BizDev brand is appreciating the work-life integration (notice, we didn’t say balance), and knowing that your life reflects your work, and your work reflects your life. We work hard and we play hard too.

Whether in the office, out on the town or sticking our toes in the sand with a drink by our sides, we are always observing and engaging with the world around us. Taking in the experiences and learning from every step along the way to grow as individuals, as professionals and as a company.
