Mandy co-founded Y BizDev in 2007 while working as an account manager at a leading political publication in the Washington, D.C. area. While moonlighting at a non-profit association, she saw an opportunity to spread beyond the confines of the corporate hierarchy and pursue her passion for event planning, marketing and project management. Mandy takes the lead on all operational management for the firm, as well leading strategy and tactical execution on all event related projects. Mandy ensures Y BizDev delivers our services promptly and at their highest quality.

She previously served as a paralegal in Nashville, Washington, D.C. and Los Angeles for the litigation consulting firm Cornerstone Research. Most recently, she was an Account Manager, specializing in online advertising sales and event marketing at The Weekly Standard magazine, a nationally recognized political publication. Her background in project management, marketing and advertising sales with top tier industry brands provides a unique blend of assets for our clients. In addition, her extensive network of industry experts adds to Y BizDev’s ability to source the best talent available to execute programs and campaigns for our clients.

Originally from Nashville, TN, she graduated from Vanderbilt University with a B.A. in Economics. Her other passions include social media… you might call it an addiction, travel, health and wellness, and trending events.
